The newest cheese to join the Onkaparinga family. Our Ash Brie is dipped in fine charcoal before growing it’s signature white cloak in the ripening room. The Ash layer provides this Brie with an even creamier centre with an additional layer of textual mouth feel and refined earthy tones.
